1999
- George's First drum kit ( Cannon)
- Won his first certificate and medal for a talent show at Romney sands in front of 600 people.
2000
- First ever gig for his 10th birthday with GPB (31/01/2000)
- Wins a medal for talent competetion for drum solo.
2001
- Formed the chancers summer 2001
- George wins his 3rd medal for talent competition
-George does a charity gig for 'Born To Soon' and raises £150 with GPB (31/03/2001)
- Moves to Blenheim high school and becomes part of the school band
- George goes to Austrailia for 6 weeks and plays an incredible jam session.
2002
- March 2002 A new drum kit Yamaha YD Series
- 27/04/2002 Did the final gig at The Worcester Park Club and raised £300
- George Perkins Band, Young Chancers + guests raised £300 doing gigs on 06/09/2002, 08/11/2002 + 15/12/2002
2003
- George records solo tracks: Wipe Out, Dance With The Devil, Go to DISCOPHARY PAGE to LISTEN!
- Attends the Jim Chapin master class at The Epsom Playhouse March 2003
- Gigging from May - July first part of Young Chancers tour
- August records his first album 'One Way Or Another'
- George and The Young Chancers do support gigs from August 2003 - January 2004. Supporting: The Mods, The Commitments, Otis Grand and many more.
- Watches Santana Live at Wembley arena 27/09/2004
- Meets Andreas a legendary key borad player and goes to jam sessions.
2004
- Watches the London Drum Company lauch event (21/07/2004)
- Jams with vivasantana on timbales on Maria Maira at The Boom Boom Club (15/10/2004) and at The Horns, Watford (22/10/2004)
- Starts to play for The Subway Sleepers
- Comes second place in Suttons best band competition
- Meets Sir Harry Cowell as Music Producer who has worked for e.g Tina Turner
-Second out door gig in Manor Park Sutton Park with rain tipping down! (10/07/2004)
- Supports The Mods, 4 Bills And A Ben with The Young Chancers and does years worth of giging.
- Young Chancers went into the last 50 bands for The Eurovision contest in The U.K
2005
- Tsunami benefit gig with guests. (30/01/2005)
